The technicians that came out to my house were very efficient and did an excellent job. That said, the office and administration for this company was less than excellent. Right after I agreed to the original quote, I got a call from "Tony" who said they would be here on a given day and he said I would get a call 2-days before to conform the appointment and give me an arrival window. By the day before they were supposed to arrive (Monday), I had not heard from anyone. I called the company and was told that they would be here the next day (Tuesday) between 3 - 4 PM. They arrived at my house at 9:30 AM. So much for scheduling. There was also some confusion on what work was supposed to be done and it took a call to the office to get it straightened out. While the overall price was reasonable, it changed three times. The original estimate I was quoted was $134.24 including tax. When I received the written estimate it was $143.57 including tax. When the final bill was received it was $148.57 including tax because of a $5.00 administrative. scheduling and billing fee. With all of the poor communication about the scheduling, I'm not sure what the extra fee was for. In looking at the fine print I did notice that they add a fee for credit card payments although no one ever told me about that. While $5.00 is not a lot, given that they already increased the price once, I see this as just another way to increase their pricing since every job requires administration and scheduling.
