Horrible Customer Service approved a job was told that I will receive a call for scheduling. Never received but received appointments for 7/9 and 7/10 at 1-3 AM via email I called multiple times with no answer and sent an email to fix the appointment. I then received a call from a rep saying that he apologized and it was an error and we agreed on a appointment for 7/10. To my surprise no one showed up so I called them and long behold it is no longer premier gutter service but its now detailing company and when I asked about premier gutters he just hung up the phone. do not use this company if you value your time because they don't. Then an hour later that same number called me and it was no longer a detail company it was a gutter company again and he was like we will have them come out monday. I wish I had the financial freedom like them to just miss a friday of work and a monday of work to play with my thumbs in hopes they will show up. A message to the owners you need to get a real rep thats not working for multiple people at the same time you are truly losing money

They attached one of the downspouts to my shingles because the gutter run that feeds it was made too short for the downspout to align with the corner of the house properly. The top of the gutter on the front of the house was slightly mangled during forming, but that didn't seem to have had any impact on installing the gutter guards. Time will tell I guess. Also, they left some kind of residue stain on my concrete driveway. I've tried cleaning it with no luck. Will probably need to have it power washed. Overall I would not recommend them unless you are watching them the entire time.
Edit: I was contacted by them and they came out and fixed the issue that I was concerned about. Very happy to see a company stand behind their work and do what's necessary when mistakes are made. I am now completely satisfied with the end result.

I had gotten various of quotes from different companies and this company beat the price for same quality. Other companies couldnt put up a gutter on one part of my house due to not having the right angle and facia on them but Hyman and The company did a great job putting up my gutters and was able to successfully install a new gutter. I wasn't home when they came but they still was able to put them up and called me for every step, they were very responsive and answered all my questions and was able to get everything done at a reasonable time. They came as scheduled and was very polite from start to finish. Definitely worth every penny and worth the time

routine annual gutter-pipe clearing after autumn leaves fell into it. The workmen devoted serious energy to removing the ice that was mixed in with the leaves that had gotten into the pipe. It was great to see that they were able to clear this even on a very cold day and in the midst of falling snow.

Hit the side of my house with a u-haul truck that same night around 9pm I start looking for a gutter repair company reach out to 3 of them but the only company that got back to me that night in matters of minutes was premier gutter service. The same night I had booked appointments Monday morning came gave me an estimate and Thursday the job was done. The service is amazing and couldn’t be happier with the staff and company..

I contacted Premier and they almost instantly got back to me with an estimate and sent someone to evaluate what could be done. Manny was the gentleman who came out to evaluate my old gutters and was the same gentleman who came to do the install with two other guys on a Saturday. Premier Gutter Services LLC started my project within the same week I reached out to them. The price of the install was also very fair and affordable in my opinion. I cannot thank Manny and his crew enough for the clean work they did. Any question and concern I had was answered with confidence. Also, I don’t think they realized this but they also fixed the problem I was having in my basement with water coming underneath up from the foundation. Because they were able to direct away the water away from the house with my new system, my basement has been drier and cleaner! Would absolutely hire them for your gutter install
